Structure 

The Foundation comprises:
1. The Management Board of the Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Management Board)
2. The auditor of the Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the auditor)
 

Resources
The resources of the Foundation are as follows:

• Annual subscriptions, the amount of which is set by the Board of the Foundation,
• Official or private grants,
• Donations, legacies or other allocations, in cash or in kind,
• Income from the corporate assets,
• Revenues from collections, sales and miscellaneous receipts. 
   

Its only comes from donations, patronage and sponsoring.
